Screen Printing

The screen printing process employed by Screen Printing on Time is a woven mesh that is used to support an ink-blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink as a sharp-edged image onto your garment of choice. A roller or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing or pumping ink past the threads of the woven mesh in the open areas. Each color requires a separate screen and a separate application of ink known as an, "Impression". Screen Printing on Time has the facility to produce tens of thousands of impressions in a single work day providing you with the security that we can complete you job within the agreed upon budget and on time - it's in our name - Screen Printing On Time!
